We are seeking a Forklift Operator for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a reputable steel fabrication shop, located in Corvallis, Oregon. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe environment and perform duties with a high level of quality. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safely transporting large and heavy materials such as steel beams or structural components
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
• Staging materials for production and fabrication teams
• Assisting with inventory movement and yard organization

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 2+ years of forklift experience, preferably in a fabrication, steel, or lumber environment
• Proven ability to move large, awkward, and heavy materials safely and efficiently, not pallets
• Confidence operating in outdoor or uneven yard environments
• Experience loading flatbeds and trailers for transport
• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for long periods.
