Job Title: Fabricator – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00/hour (DOE) Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday Start Date: ASAP Duration: Temp-Permanent We are seeking a Fabricator for a Temp-to-Hire position with our client, a reputable sign manufacturing company located in Albany, OR. The Fabricator will play an essential role in the hands-on construction and assembly of custom signage. This includes aluminum fabrication, welding support, and LED installation, as well as assisting with vinyl application and general shop maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience in metalworking or manufacturing and show adaptability in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. • Fabricating and assembling aluminum signs, cabinets, and components
• Performing welding tasks and assisting with metal construction as needed
• Assisting with LED installation and basic electrical wiring for illuminated signs
• Loading trucks for deliveries and transporting materials to job sites
• Applying vinyl graphics and decals, cleaning returned signage, and general shop upkeep

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, manufacturing, or construction
• Ability to read blueprints and use a wide range of hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to be cross-trained in varied shop duties
•  Valid Oregon driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
• Experience with electrical or LED installation is a plus
