Duties and Responsibilities for Office Coordinator Property Management:
- Front desk
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and assist with customers or direct calls to the appropriate staff
- Make outbound calls as directed by supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with tenants, property owners and visitors
