  • Front desk
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and assist with customers or direct calls to the appropriate staff
  • Make outbound calls as directed by supervisor
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
