Job Title: Construction Framer & Sider - Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $20–$25/hr+ DOE Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (4x10s) Start Date: Mid-May to Early June Project Length: Approximately 4 months with possible extension

We are seeking a Construction Framer & Sider for a project position with our client, a well-established residential construction company located in Lebanon, Oregon. The Framer/Sider will play an essential role in constructing residential homes, including framing and siding installation. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, reliability, and a strong work ethic. As a Construction Framer & Sider, you will be responsible for:

• Framing residential homes including walls, floors, and roofing structures

• Installing exterior siding and trim (lap, board & batten, panel siding, etc.)

• Operating power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintaining a clean, organized job site and following all safety protocols

• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with supervisors

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 2 years of experience in framing and/or siding installation

• Proficiency with hand and power tools, measurement, and layout techniques

• A valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record

• The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Comfort working at heights, including on ladders, roofs, and decks

• A clean and professional appearance (no jewelry or piercings on job sites for safety)
