We are seeking a reliable Process Technician with a passion for innovation! Our client builds the technology for display screens for electronics such as, TVs, phones, rotating picture frames and more! This is a temp to hire position located in Corvallis, OR
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Developing productive, results-oriented working relationships.
- Maintaining detailed lab notebooks and promptly complete run logs and data entry.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all safety procedures.
- Performing preventive maintenance, calibration tasks, and audits.
- Contributing to problem-solving for tool operation and repeatability issues.
- Providing feedback on work improvements and recognize errors in others' work.
- Leading and performing special projects, understanding team goals and targets.
The ideal candidate for this role will:

- Apply sound judgment with equipment operation and maintenance.
- Understand and contribute to the company's strategic objectives.
- Quickly interpret documentation and follow technical directions.
- Utilize advanced mathematics and cloud-based applications.

- Understand problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy, and support company policies and quality initiatives
- Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Three or more years of experience in a similar position.
- Understanding of automated and semi-automated process tooling, especially for thin-film electronic devices and sensors.
- Willingness to work alternate shifts and overtime
