As a Press Brake Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating bending and roll-forming machinery to produce high-quality metal components based on detailed blueprints and technical drawings. Your expertise will directly contribute to meeting production targets while ensuring quality standards are met.

What You’ll Do:

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Following all OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
• Reviewing and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
• Setting up and operating press brake and multi-operation machinery to shape metal components.
• Installing and adjusting dies, forming rolls, and tooling using precise measuring instruments.
• Calibrating guides, stops, and machine settings to ensure accurate dimensions.
• Loading raw metal sheets or coils and guiding materials through the equipment efficiently.
• Monitoring machine operations to maintain quality and maximize production efficiency.
• Inspecting finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure specifications are met.
• Removing completed parts and preparing them for the next stage of production.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area to promote a productive environment.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication, specifically in press brake operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, orthographic, and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Familiarity with press brake tooling, dies, and measuring equipment.
• Willingness to acquire personal tools within 6–12 months if required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic dedicated to safety and productivity.
• Certification or formal training in press brake operation is a plus.

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon, and offers full-time hours with shifts available for day and swing. Additional hours may be available depending on production demands.
