As a Press Brake Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating bending and roll-forming machinery to produce high-quality metal components based on detailed blueprints and technical drawings. Your expertise will directly contribute to meeting production targets while ensuring quality standards are met.
What You’ll Do:
As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Following all OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
- Reviewing and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
- Setting up and operating press brake and multi-operation machinery to shape metal components.
- Installing and adjusting dies, forming rolls, and tooling using precise measuring instruments.
- Calibrating guides, stops, and machine settings to ensure accurate dimensions.
- Loading raw metal sheets or coils and guiding materials through the equipment efficiently.
- Monitoring machine operations to maintain quality and maximize production efficiency.
- Inspecting finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure specifications are met.
- Removing completed parts and preparing them for the next stage of production.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area to promote a productive environment.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication, specifically in press brake operations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, orthographic, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Familiarity with press brake tooling, dies, and measuring equipment.
- Willingness to acquire personal tools within 6–12 months if required.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic dedicated to safety and productivity.
- Certification or formal training in press brake operation is a plus.

Location & Schedule
