As a Processing Operator I, you'll play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. What You'll Do

As a Processing Operator I, you will:

• Operate and adjust production equipment, including performing changeovers, routine maintenance, and cleaning in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support and coordinate production activities to help the team meet daily production goals.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify, troubleshoot, and report operational issues promptly.
• Perform in-process quality checks and maintain accurate production documentation, including electronic records and deviation reports.
• Partner with Maintenance and Production teams to resolve equipment concerns and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering to all company safety and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support overall manufacturing excellence.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food production, GMP-regulated, or other quality-focused industries.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand equipment operations and identify potential malfunctions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while taking initiative.
• Basic math skills, including working with weights, measurements, and unit conversions.
• Excellent attention to detail in both hands-on tasks and documentation.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is an on-site position located in Albany, Oregon.

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
