Pay: $20.00/hr - $35.00/hr DOE Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Start Date: ASAP

As a Tree Service Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting tree removal, trimming, and landscaping projects. You'll work closely with the crew to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery, making a tangible impact in the Marcola community.

What You'll Do

As a Tree Service Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Picking up debris and maintaining a clean job site throughout the day.
• Performing tree trimming and pruning to support healthy growth and landscape aesthetics.
• Loading tree branches, debris, and tools into trucks and trailers.
• Assisting with the setup and cleanup of job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Operating equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools with safety in mind.
• Supporting the crew with outdoor tasks and equipment handling as needed.
• Following safety procedures and using proper personal protective equipment at all times.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to stand and be on your feet for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions in Marcola, OR.
• Physical strength and stamina to bend, stoop, twist, and lift as required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team.
• Basic construction skills are a plus, with experience in outdoor labor preferred.
