Job Title: Property & Facilities Maintenance Technician (Multi-Site) - Hiring Now!

Pay: $20 - 25/hour DOE Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Property & Facilities Maintenance Technician for a full-time long term position with our client, a reputable lumber mill that supplies high-quality Doug Fir dimensional lumber located in Eugene, Oregon.

As a Property & Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing general property repairs and routine maintenance 
• Complete minor carpentry and repair projects
• Build or repair small to mid-size structures
• Repair or install fixtures, hardware, doors, trim and structural components 
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Complete projects independently 
• Assist with property improvement, remodel, renovation projects as needed 
• Traveling between locations in a given day

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Must have a valid drivers license 
• Previous handyman, maintenance, construction or property maintenance is a must 
• Basic carpentry and general repair skills
• Ability to work independently 
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building systems preferred
