Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician

Pay: $19.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a stable and rewarding maintenance role with predictable hours? Join a respected property management company serving residential communities throughout Eugene and Springfield as a Property Maintenance Technician. In this role, you’ll help ensure residents enjoy safe, functional, and well-maintained homes. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you’ll conduct repairs, troubleshoot building systems, and support ongoing property upkeep across various properties, including single-family units and multi-unit complexes.

What You’ll Do:

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing exterior and structural repairs, including minor roof repairs, chimney and gutter maintenance, and window and door replacements.
• Inspecting and repairing fences, managing pest control issues, and locating plumbing leaks.
• Conducting attic work such as ducting, checking for roof leaks, and clearing blocked vents.
• Handling under-unit maintenance, including ducting repairs, pest abatement, and repairing dry rot damage.
• Executing interior repairs such as replacing doors, jambs, drywall, and cabinetry, as well as troubleshooting lighting, electrical circuits, and heating systems.
• Repairing or replacing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and ensuring everything is in working order.
• Carrying out additional responsibilities like irrigation repairs, basic landscaping, pool monitoring, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
• Utilizing company resources responsibly while emphasizing safety.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of residential or property maintenance experience.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service abilities.
• The capacity to work independently and efficiently.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon, with a full-time schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
