What You’ll Do:

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude, setting a welcoming tone for the office.
• Answering and routing incoming calls; taking accurate messages when necessary.
• Managing client check-ins and assisting with appointments and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Preparing, scanning, and organizing confidential tax documents with utmost attention to detail.
• Assisting firm staff with various administrative tasks as assigned to support overall team efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior experience in reception or office administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage high workloads during the busy tax season.
• A professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive documents appropriately.

Location & Schedule:

This is a temporary position (until May 2026) and is on-site in Eugene, OR, offering Monday - Friday shifts from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
