Job Title: Roofing Sales Associate  Immediate Hire! Pay: $18.00/hour + Bonuses ($50 bonus for leads & $150 bonus for leads that close) Hours: Tuesday - Friday, 9:00AM - 7:00PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Roofing Sales Associate for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a locally owned  roofing company in Lane County that is willing to train you on the job. Their services include (but are not limited to)  full roof installation, roof repair, maintenance, gutter installation, and skylight installations. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company that is expanding, located in Eugene, Oregon.

As a Roofing Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Manning a booth in high traffic areas speaking with customers to develop roofing leads
• Hand out flyers and company materials to potential customers in residential neighborhoods
• Set appointments for estimator to come out and provide estimate for property owners
• Fill out canvassing sheet of customers attempted/connected with and turn in daily

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Must be able to be on feet and walking for 8 hours
• Valid Driver's license required for travel to/from targeted neighborhoods
