Job Title: Counter Sales Service Writer - Immedate Opening!

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00+ per hour, DOE Hours: Monday - Friday,  7:00AM - 5:00PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Counter Sales Service Writer for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a family owned company since 1979 that manufactures, services and repairs a wide assortment of trailers and truck Service Bodies, Dump Bodies, Flatbeds, Cross Body Truck Boxes and Fuel Tanks located in Eugene, Oregon. 

As a Counter Sales Service Writer, you will be responsible for:

• Greet customers in person and by phone; assess their needs and provide assistance
• Answer service-related questions and provide accurate information on services offered
• Prepare detailed repair orders or service tickets based on customer concerns and technician diagnostics
• Document customer requests, symptoms, and vehicle information accurately
• Assist customers and technicians in locating and ordering parts
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts inventory and order status
• Upsell or recommend related products and services
• Schedule service appointments and repair jobs based on shop capacity.
• Coordinate workflow between front office, parts department, and technicians
• Update customers on repair progress and notify them upon completion
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate as needed

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs continuously
