Job Title: Residential Construction - Roofing, Framing, and Deck work

Pay: $22 - $25 /Hr + DOE

Hours: Monday 7am - 5:00 pm Varies 

Start Date: ASAP A local general residential contractor that believes in quality and teamwork has an excellent opportunity for a Residential Construction - Roofing, Framing, and Deck worker to join their team. 

As a Residential Construction - Roofing, Framing, and Deck work, you will be responsible for:
  • Read a tape measure and make accurate cuts
  • Framing
  • Run a saw to make cuts
  • Move materials
  • Construction laborer duties are not all-inclusive and will include other special projects assigned from time to time.

The ideal candidate for the Residential Construction - Roofing, Framing, and Deck worker will have:
  • Must be proficient in reading a tape measure! 
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently.
  • Must be professional in how you do your job and how you treat others
  • Needs to be accurate when making cuts
  • Must be comfortable with heights and ladders
  • Attendance and showing up on time is very important
