: Office Assistant Urgently Hiring! Pay: $20.00 Hours: Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm Start Date: ASAP We are looking for a hardworking Office Assistant for a temp-to-hire position to undertake and assist with a variety of office duties. This person should be comfortable working with a high-degree of attention to detail. This is a great position for someone wanting a more active office position!As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Interfacing with customers for quotes, sales orders & repairs
· New customer credit checks
· Entering customer purchases into ERP system
· Double entry accounting data entry
· Preparation of shipping documents
· Creating and mailing invoices
· Answering telephones
· Filing
Other activities may include:
· Receiving inventory and data entry activities associated with receiving and shipping
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

· Knowledge of double entry accounting either through classes or experience.
