What You'll Do:

As a General Mill Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:• Hand stacking lumber of various sizes to maintain production flow. • Assisting the stacker operator with organizing and transferring materials quickly and safely. • Standing for long periods while maintaining a consistent, energetic pace. • Following all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. • Supporting team members to meet daily production goals.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:• High School Diploma or GED. • Experience in fast-paced, physically demanding environments (preferred but not required). • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Reliable work ethic, excellent attendance, and a positive attitude. • High energy with the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality. • Flexibility to work in different environmental conditions, including hot, cold, dusty, or outdoor settings. • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and safely lift/move materials.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site position in Winston, OR, offering 40 hours per week on a night shift schedule, from 4:15 PM to 2:15 AM.
