Job Title: Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Tech

Pay: $20 - $22/hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM) Start Date: ASAP

As a Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Tech, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our apartment communities. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure the properties are welcoming, well-kept, and ready for new residents.

What You'll Do

As a Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for:

• Mowing, edging, weed removal, and shrub trimming to keep landscaping pristine
• Assisting with seasonal property clean-up and debris removal
• Sweeping, cleaning, and disinfecting vacant units to prepare them for new residents
• Supporting apartment “muck outs” and helping prepare units for turnover
• Painting apartments and touch-ups in common areas as needed

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the day
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude
• Basic experience in landscaping and/or painting (helpful but not required)
