Job Title: Welder

Pay: $24 - $28 per hour (DOE) Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Welder, you'll help support daily manufacturing operations by creating strong, precise welds on various metals. You’ll work closely with supervisors and the production team to deliver results that meet high standards of quality and safety.

What You’ll Do

As a Welder, you will be responsible for:

• Performing MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and material specifications to ensure precise welds.
• Inspecting welded components for quality, strength, and adherence to standards.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following all safety protocols.
• Communicating any equipment or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Completing various support tasks to assist the production team as needed.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 3 years of MIG welding experience (schooling does not count).
• Prior MIG welding experience, especially with Gas Metal Arc (GMAW) processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to pass a weld test demonstrating your MIG welding expertise.
• The capability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and provide references.
• Relevant welding certifications are a plus.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and work comfortably in an industrial environment.
