Job Title: Welding and Manufacturing Technician

Pay: $24 - $26 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am to 4 pm (swing shift may be available for the right person) Start Date: ASAP

As a Welding and Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality fabrication and welding processes. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver top-notch products while maintaining safety and efficiency in the shop.

What You'll Do

As a Welding and Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing TIG welding according to blueprints, drawings, or specific instructions — experience with stainless steel and aluminum required
• Monitoring production processes to ensure accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications
• Adhering to all safety procedures and PPE protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures
• Recording production data such as quantities produced, scrap rates, and issues encountered during manufacturing
• Collaborating with supervisors, engineers, and quality control team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Hands-on experience with TIG welding, especially on stainless steel and aluminum
• Basic understanding of metal fabrication processes and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Commitment to safety practices and effective communication skills
