Pay: $24.00–$26.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Location: Harrisburg, OR

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Work Order Coordinator to join an established manufacturing team in Harrisburg. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, parts, or work-order coordination who is organized, mechanically knowledgeable, and great at keeping people and priorities on track.

You’ll be the connection between maintenance needs and getting the work DONE — organizing work orders, setting priorities, coordinating with technicians and vendors, tracking progress, and making sure important repairs don’t fall through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

• Manage maintenance work orders from request through completion.
• Review incoming requests and help determine what needs attention first.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and other maintenance projects.
• Work directly with maintenance technicians, operations, management, and outside vendors.
• Track open work orders and follow up to keep repairs moving.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair histories, inventory information, and costs.
• Help coordinate parts, materials, and resources needed to complete work.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and identify maintenance needs before they become bigger problems.
• Monitor completion timelines and communicate updates to the appropriate teams.
• Help improve maintenance processes, organization, and overall efficiency.

What You’ll Have

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, maintenance planning, or a related environment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, building trades, equipment maintenance, or repair processes.
• Experience with CMMS or work-order management systems is highly desirable.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confidence communicating with technicians, vendors, supervisors, and management.
• Strong follow-through — if something is open, you make sure it gets handled.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adjust when priorities change.
• A safety-minded approach to maintenance and facility operations.
