As a Production Worker, you’ll play a vital role in the soy sauce production process, supporting daily operations to ensure top-quality products. You’ll work closely with your team to handle raw materials and operate industrial equipment, making a direct impact on the company’s longstanding reputation.

What You'll Do

As a Production Worker in the Pressing Department, you will be responsible for:

• Extracting soy compound from industrial mixers and sifting through filtering cloths to prepare for pressing.
• Operating industrial pressing machines to extract soy liquids from the filtered mixtures.
• Receiving and batching raw materials, ensuring accurate processing.
• Administering initial Koji preparation to support fermentation processes.
• Tracking raw materials and maintaining lot control of intermediate and final products to guarantee accuracy.
• Sampling work-in-progress items for quality control purposes.
• Moving press cages between press areas during operation to ensure workflow efficiency.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site role located at our facility in Salem, Oregon. The position offers full-time hours on the swing shift, working Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
