Pay: $18-19 per hour Hours: Day Shift 6:45am - 3:15pm, Monday through Friday Swing Shift 2:45pm - 11:15pm, Monday through Friday Night Shift 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM, Monday through Friday Start Date: ASAP

As an Entry Level Production Worker, you'll play a crucial role in supporting both food and non-food manufacturing operations. You'll ensure high standards of quality and efficiency while working closely with our dedicated production team. What You’ll Do

As an Entry Level Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Inspecting fresh or processed products on rolling trays to verify quality standards.
• Loading products onto trays and operating processing and packaging systems efficiently.
• Safely lifting and moving trays on and off carts to support production flow.
• Dumping trays of finished products into designated areas accurately.
• Assisting with the movement of racks of products to optimize operational efficiency.
• Packing finished products into cardboard boxes for shipment and preparing labels for case organization.
• Sealing cases and cartons to maintain traceability.
• Cleaning and setting up processing and packaging areas to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Supporting overall production efforts to meet or exceed daily targets.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to stand throughout the entire 8-hour shift and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Capable of regularly lifting up to 15 lbs and handling up to 50 lbs safely.
• Comfort with standing, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, and lifting.
• Strong focus on personal safety and adherence to food safety protocols.
• Previous experience in general labor or manufacturing is a plus but not required — comprehensive training will be provided.

Important Safety & Dress Code Requirements:

Jewelry is not permitted on the production floor. All visible piercings, gauges, and dermal implants must be removed prior to work (medical alert jewelry exempt).
