Pay: $17.50/hr Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday (mandatory daily OT and 6th day work; holiday shifts required) Start Date: TBD - End Date: 5/29/26

In this role, you'll assist with warehouse tasks such as moving stock, verifying order accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Your efforts will help keep the production line running smoothly while providing opportunity for personal and professional growth.

What You’ll Do:

As a Seasonal Order Pulling Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Unloading cartons and receiving incoming shipments, inspecting for damage or discrepancies.
• Comparing shipment quantities with bills of lading for accuracy.
• Separating cartons by title, placing them onto conveyor lines, and inspecting products.
• Sorting cartons onto pallets based on warehouse zones.
• Removing products from boxes, verifying titles, and stocking shelves accurately.
• Picking, counting, and verifying book products for customer orders using various systems.
• Moving stock within the warehouse using hand carts or hand jacks.
• Ensuring orders are correct and free from damage before packaging.
• Packing orders securely to ensure safe delivery.
• Filling out quality assurance sheets and completing system scans.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by breaking down boxes and organizing supplies.
• Assisting with additional warehouse tasks as needed to support team success.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (preferred, but not required).
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset committed to safety and efficiency.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.
