As a Leasing Agent, you'll serve as the frontline in connecting prospective tenants with available properties while supporting daily office operations. You'll work closely with property managers, applicants, and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth leasing experience and foster positive relationships within the community.

What You’ll Do

As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting prospective tenants with property tours, applications, and leasing paperwork.
• Communicating professionally and promptly with tenants, applicants, and property owners.
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
• Processing rental applications and supporting lease documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and organized tenant and property records.
• Coordinating with maintenance teams and vendors to address tenant needs.
• Updating listings and supporting marketing efforts for available units.
• Entering and maintaining data within property management software systems like AppFolio or TenantTech.
• Supporting general office tasks and administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or administrative support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with tenants and clients confidently.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A professional and dependable work ethic with a proactive attitude.
• Experience with property management software like AppFolio or TenantTech is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
