What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Performing light manufacturing tasks, including assembly and the use of various hand tools.
• Assembling sign stands and related components with precision and care.
• Operating rivet machines and other manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Reading and interpreting work orders, bills of materials, and technical specifications.
• Verifying order accuracy before packaging, ensuring quality standards.
• Repetitively performing tasks while lifting up to 40 lbs to meet production goals.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work station to promote efficiency and safety.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Basic computer skills and the ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Prior production or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• A reliable work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Physical stamina to bend, stoop, stand for entire shifts, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• A proactive attitude, confidence to ask questions, and eagerness to learn new skills quickly.
