As a Welder / Fabricator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing of large-scale equipment. What You'll Do

As a Welder / Fabricator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing MIG welding on steel components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and BOMs to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Fitting, aligning, and assembling metal parts precisely to specifications.
• Setting up and operating fabrication tools including grinders, drill presses, and cutting equipment.
• Measuring and marking materials for cutting, bending, and forming.
• Inspecting welds and finished assemblies to meet quality standards.
• Monitoring welding processes to prevent defects and ensure weld integrity.
• Moving materials and parts efficiently using overhead cranes or forklifts.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Proficiency in MIG welding, especially with steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience working with heavy steel components and assemblies.
• Familiarity with shop tools and fabrication equipment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout shifts.
• Overhead crane or forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Reliable attendance, a solid work ethic, and safety consciousness.
