As a Mechanic Helper, you'll support the team in delivering top-notch vehicle maintenance and repairs. You'll work closely with experienced mechanics to ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

As a , you will be responsible for:

• Performing oil changes, tire changes, and tire rotations to keep vehicles in optimal condition
• Assisting with fluid changes and routine inspections to identify potential issues early
• Supporting technicians with various maintenance tasks and ensuring job quality and safety standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Learning and applying industry best practices under the supervision of experienced mechanics

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in automotive or fleet maintenance preferred, but we are willing to train the right motivated individual
• Knowledge of how to mount truck tires is a plus
• ASE certification is a bonus but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliable attitude, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on-site in Lebanon, OR, and physically capable of lifting and working with automotive parts
