What You'll Do

As a General Mill Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Hand stacking lumber of various sizes to keep production moving smoothly and efficiently.
• Assisting the stacker operator with organizing, transferring, and handling materials safely and quickly.
• Standing for extended periods while maintaining a steady, fast-paced rhythm.
• Following all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Supporting team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in physically demanding, high-speed work environments is a plus but not required.

Location & Schedule
