As a Processing Operator I, you'll support the manufacturing operations by operating equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products meet rigorous quality standards. What You’ll Do

As a Processing Operator I, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating and adjusting production equipment to perform changeovers, routine maintenance, and cleaning, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Guiding and coordinating team activities to ensure production goals are met efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintaining a smooth workflow by identifying and reporting equipment or process issues promptly and independently.
  • Conducting in-process quality checks and completing detailed documentation, including digital entries and deviation reports.
  • Collaborating with Maintenance to troubleshoot equipment concerns and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Upholding safety and cleanliness standards to prevent accidents and sustain a high-quality manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED; specialized training in manufacturing or technical fields is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably within regulated food or GMP environments.
  • Ability to understand machine operations and recognize malfunctions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, taking initiative.
  • Basic math skills including weights and unit conversions.
  • High attention to detail in physical tasks and documentation.
  • The physical capacity to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
