Job Title: Electrician

Pay: $90,000 - $130,000 annually Hours: Rotating Day shift for two weeks, Night shift for two weeks, 7am to 7pm Start Date: ASAP

As an Electrician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure smooth operations. You'll work closely with maintenance and production teams to uphold safety and efficiency standards.

What You'll Do

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues on plant equipment, motors, and control systems.
• Installing, inspecting, and maintaining electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshooting AC and DC motor controls, PLC systems (including Allen Bradley Control Logix), and other electrical components.
• Utilizing standard test equipment such as DMM, VOM, and Megger to identify and resolve electrical problems.
• Assisting with preventive maintenance and ensuring all electrical work meets safety regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to improve electrical processes and reduce downtime.
• Documenting maintenance activities and equipment status using CMMS systems.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• An active Oregon electrician's license (LME, PJ, J) or an equivalent from a reciprocal state.
• Proven experience with AC/DC motor controls, PLC troubleshooting, and electrical system repairs.
• Proficiency in using standard test equipment such as DMM, VOM, Megger, etc.
• Familiarity with industrial mechanical millwright skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of CMMS systems is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in various conditions, including dust, noise, chemicals, and temperature variations.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site role in Albany, Oregon, offering a rotating schedule of on-day and night shifts from 7 am to 7 pm.
