Pay: $18-19/hour Hours: 4/10's Tuesday to Friday or Wednesday to Saturday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm Start Date: Seasonal

As a Seasonal Facilities Maintenance Worker, you'll play a vital role in maintaining over 33 parks and public facilities in the Albany area. You'll ensure spaces are clean, safe, and ready for community use, working closely with team members to deliver quality service every day.

What You'll Do

As a Facilities Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Performing cleaning duties across 33 parks, including restrooms and common areas.
• Preparing facilities for rentals and user groups to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Picking up trash and maintaining the overall appearance of parks and facilities.
• Performing light maintenance tasks as needed to keep facilities in top condition.
• Covering graffiti and restoring areas to their best state.
• Driving a custodial or maintenance truck safely around the Albany parks and facilities.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen (excluding marijuana).
• Prior experience in facilities maintenance or outdoor custodial work preferred.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Location & Schedule:
