What You'll Do

As a General Mill Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Hand stacking lumber of various sizes to keep production moving efficiently.
• Assisting the stacker operator with organizing and transferring materials safely and swiftly.
• Standing for long periods while maintaining a rapid, consistent rhythm.
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
• Supporting team members as needed to meet daily production goals.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in physically demanding, fast-paced environments (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
