As a Front Office Customer Service Worker, you'll be the welcoming face and vital support for our busy office. You’ll work closely with management and other departments to deliver exceptional service and help maintain an organized, safe workspace.

What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally to assist customers and coordinate requests.
• Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Entering data into our office database with attention to detail.
• Managing repeat contractors and providing exceptional customer support.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe front office environment.
• Assisting with general clerical duties as needed to support the team.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a busy office or retail setting.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are required to serve our diverse customer base.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Excel and Word, are a plus.
