Pay: $26.27 per hour Hours: Monday – Thursday, 3:00PM – 1:30AM Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Operator, you'll ensure the quality and efficiency of our packaging process by manually preparing, inspecting, and packing products. You'll collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations, handle packaging materials, operate basic equipment, and uphold safety standards daily.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Manually preparing and packaging products according to established quality standards.
• Conducting quality control checks by verifying package counts, dates, weights, and visual appearance.
• Folding, taping, and labeling boxes to prepare items for shipment.
• Stacking finished products onto pallets and organizing for distribution.
• Safely operating equipment such as pallet jacks, tapers, and shrink wrap machines.
• Moving pallets and finished products throughout the production area, often in varying temperature environments.
• Following safety protocols and keeping a clean, organized workspace at all times.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred.
• Basic math skills and keen attention to detail.
• The ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and stack products safely.
• Steel-toed rubber boots are required for safety.
• Flexibility to adapt to temperature fluctuations and production demands.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site role in Portland, OR. The shift runs Monday through Thursday, from 3:00pm-1:30am
