  • DAYS 6:30am - 3:00pm Mon-Fri 
  • SWING 2:30pm - 11pm Mon-Fri 
    • WEEKENDS may be needed, but they try to give at least 3 days of advanced notice IF the need is there.
    • Must be willing to work either shift as you may need to switch from DAY to SWING or vice versa, as needed
• Pay:
  • DAYS - $19/hr
  • SWING - $19.40/hr

Work with the freshest locally sourced ingredients to produce high-quality fruit and vegetable juices, purees, and essences. We are seeking a motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate in Salem, OR to carry out various tasks in a busy manufacturing environment. The Shipping & Receiving Associate will be responsible for preparing items for shipment, receiving all inbound material, maintaining inventory and supplying all shipping and packaging material to the plant. This specialized worker will be responsible for releasing products from cold storage facilities and scheduling shipments. 

 

What You'll Do: As a Shipping & Receiving Associate you will be responsible for:

• Operating mechanized equipment safely, efficiently, and within specifications.
• Loading and unloading materials and finished goods using powered industrial vehicles.
• Preparing shipping documentation and records, including generating inbound and outbound shipping labels.
• Verifying the accuracy of shipping and receiving orders and records.
• Transferring products between cold storage and the manufacturing facility.
• Entering and maintaining accurate data in SAP.
• Assisting in tracking missing or delayed shipments.
• Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement.

What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Forklift experience is a MUST (if you have their own certification, please bring it with you on first day).
• Experience with warehouse management systems or lead type roles in warehouse settings are helpful.
