Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Pay: $18-25/hr, DOE Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Start Date: ASAP

Looking for an administrative role in property management with long-term career potential? A well-established property management company is seeking Administrative Assistant roles to support both the Multi-Family and Single-Family Property Management teams.

These positions offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment supporting property managers, tenants, and clients, with one role focused on team-based support in the Multi-Family department, and another working closely with a Property Manager in the Single-Family department with growth potential.

What You’ll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to property management teams

  • Communicating professionally with tenants, property owners, and vendors

  • Assisting with leasing support, tenant communications, and documentation

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence

  • Maintaining organized property and tenant records

  • Assisting with scheduling, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination

  • Entering and maintaining information within property management software systems

  • Supporting marketing and listing updates when needed

  • Maintaining organized administrative files and documentation

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, marketing, or administrative support

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Professional and dependable work ethic

  • Experience with property management software such as AppFolio or TenantTech (preferred, not required)

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
