Pay: $20.00/hour Hours: Monday – Thursday | Start at 6:30 AM (Report to Yard) | Casual Part-Time Start Date: 3/17/26-3/18/26

As a Certified Flagger, you’ll be an essential part of the field team—directing traffic, supporting line crews, and maintaining safe, organized work zones throughout the day.

What You'll Do:

As a Certified Flagger, you will be responsible for:

• Directing traffic using approved hand signals, signs, and flagging devices.
• Setting up and tearing down flagging equipment daily.
• Assisting with general job site support and cleanup.
• Carrying materials and lifting/spinning fiber reels.
• Walking through brush and uneven terrain to access job sites.
• Performing minimal digging as needed.
• Assisting linemen with various job site tasks.
• Cleaning up scrap and maintaining safe work areas.
• Remaining alert and attentive at all times.
• Following all state flagging rules and safety regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Valid Flagging Certification (must be carried on person at all times).
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per day.
• Strong reliability and punctuality.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to drive company vehicles as required.
• Willingness to bring lunch and water daily.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
