Pay: $19.40 per hour Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM (may include Friday/Saturday shifts) Start Date: ASAP Length: 2 weeks, with potential for extension

As a Food Production Project Worker, you’ll be an essential part of our production process, supporting daily operations to ensure product quality and efficiency. You’ll work closely with the team to keep things running smoothly and make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Dump pails of fruit into large totes to support the ongoing production process, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of ingredients.
• Stack pallets neatly and securely to facilitate smooth workflow and proper handling during packaging and shipping.
• Label products precisely to maintain quality control and traceability for distribution.
• Work both indoors and outdoors, adhering to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.
• Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs to meet production targets and maintain productivity standards.
• WORKING INDOORS AND OUTDOORS: DRESS WARM and appropriately FOR THE WEATHER.  Waterproof Steel Toed Boots or Steel Toed Rubber Boots are the appropriate foot wear

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Salem, OR, working the night shift from Sunday to Thursday. Some shifts may include Fridays and Saturdays, depending on operational needs.
