Pay: $22.00 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (Post-training); training Monday-Thursday, 9am-3pm for at least 2 weeks Start Date: ASAP

As an Administrative Support Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting project documentation, and providing essential office support to ensure the company's success. You’ll work closely with the office team to deliver reliable and efficient administrative services that make a difference every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online to ensure all transactions, invoices, and project details are correct.
  • Create and send invoices for client billing and track payments.
  • Set up new projects, work orders, and permits within the company's system.
  • Input customer, contact, job, and permit information into the system accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize filing systems, including folder setup and document management.
  • Handle general office duties such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and providing administrative support.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required—experience in bookkeeping or accounting software is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and a professional attitude.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site position in Salem, offering a stable Monday-Friday schedule. The initial training runs Monday-Thursday, 9am-3pm, followed by permanent hours from 8am-4:30pm.
