Duties and Responsibilities for MIG Welder:

• Welders receive manufacturing job orders and builds to order using proper jigs for fitting and tacking parts.
• Operate machines
• Set welding jigs according to specific setup instructions
• Occasionally grind or spot weld parts using angle grinder or hand file

Skills and Qualifications for MIG Welder:

• Applicant must have some prior experience and or training MIG welding on mild steel and be able to pass our welding test.
• Formal welding certification is not required.
• Must be able to read tape measure and understand simple drawings.
• Will lift up to 25-30lbs on a consistent basis
• Must be able to be on feet for a 10 hour shift

Temp-Hire Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM

Pay Rate:

$19.00 - 22.00/hour DOE Benefits:

• 401k match 25% of first 6% of employee contribution (6% contribution = 2% match)
• Perfect attendance bonus is $100 per quarter plus additional $200 for perfect attendance in a calendar year.
• Medical, dental, $10k life insurance is $37.50 PPP. Family coverage is $87.50 (as of 6/23/22)
• Short term disability available (60% payout of wages for maximum 12 weeks with one week waiting period-$6-$12 PPP)
