Selectemp is seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our clients Customer Service team and run the front desk for our client, a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will excel in data entry, possess strong customer service skills, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. This is a temp-to-hire position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance located in Albany, OR.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phones at the front desk
- Greeting guests and maintaining the lobby
- Performing accurate and timely data entry tasks.
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date records and files.
- Assisting with processing orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all transactions.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the Customer Service team.
