Job Title: Maintenance Helper Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $20+/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Maintenance Helper for a Temp position with our client, a reputable manufacturing facility located in Corvallis. The Maintenance Helper will play an essential role in maintaining equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of machinery. The ideal candidate will assist with troubleshooting, repairs, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

As a Maintenance Helper, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with repairs and troubleshooting of production equipment

• Supporting maintenance technicians and performing routine inspections

• Managing inventory and maintaining a safe work area

• Providing help with lifting heavy materials and machinery setup

• Adhering to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or GED; trade school or apprenticeship preferred

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience

• Basic mechanical skills, and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding is a plus

• Ability to work in high-temperature environments and perform physical tasks

• Availability for overtime and flexible hours
