Logistics Associate Urgently Hiring! Pay: $16.50/hr Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 3:30PM (Must be available to work some Saturdays, IF/WHEN mandated by client) Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Logistics Associate for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a local manufacturing firm located in West Eugene makes scanning equipment for grocery stores on an international scale. The Logistics Associate will play an essential role in the hands on operations of inventory and product and shipping and receiving duties. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient processing of machinery parts. This is a great entry-level opportunity to acquire electronic assembly skills in a very clean working environment! located in Eugene, Oregon.

As a  Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Boxing large scanners
• Approximately five times a day will be inserting 25lbs molds into a machine
• Provide a wide variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations
• Operate & monitor automatic and semi-automatic machines
• Inspect materials, components and production

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior experience in shipping or logistics a plus, not required
• Prior experience working in a grocery store preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs repeatedly
• On feet for duration of shift
