Duties and Responsibilities for Lead Maintenance Associate:
Manages maintenance work requests, determines priority and assigns appropriate resource.
• Ensures team members comply with all safety, environmental and manufacturing practices.
• Communicates to production and quality assurance equipment break downs and estimated time need to complete repairs.
• Confers with vendors, management and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measure to improve operation and conditions of machine and equipment.
• Documents and reports maintenance work performed and advises of future requirements in a timely manner.
• Inspects, services, repairs and constructs plant processing equipment, including structures, utilities, loaders, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, and pressure vessel work throughout the plant.
• Performs the preventative maintenance program established by the Company.
• Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
• Lubricates and cleans parts, equipment and machinery.
•Tests and adjusts equipment to meet performance specifications.
• Initiates purchase order for parts and machines.
• Participates and contributes to company safety program.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications for Lead Maintenance Associate:
- Maintenance experience on industrial machinery
- Welding and fabrication experience on industrial machinery
