Duties and Responsibilities for a Community Outreach and Event Coordinator:
Development and execution of fundraising events and promotion in the community for full community involvement in those events
Participation at Chamber events
Assist in identifying and assessing new revenue opportunities
Participation in community events that may include out of town travel (all expenses covered-lodging/meal stipend/mileage)
Prepare and submit weekly calendars and monthly reports to the Chapter President
Partner with Print and Broadcast Media to assist in news releases pertaining to the Chapter activities and events
Assist in set up and tear down at events (tables, tents, chairs ect)
Skills and Qualifications for a Community Outreach and Event Coordinator:
Experience with Coordination of teammates, events, programs, etc very helpful
Microsoft Suite proven experience
Must have valid Drivers License and clean MVR for the last 3 years
Must be comfortable pulling an 18ft flat bed trailer behind company vehicle.
Ability to lift 50lbs regularly.

Shift: Mon-Fri as well as working at community events on Saturday and Sundays
