We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our client company  in Independence,OR! The successful candidate will coordinate and execute all office services, maintenance, systems management and administrative support as needed by the business. What you'll do in this role:
  • Manage telephone system with Corporate (Company greetings, recordings),professionally receives/directs in-coming calls and maintains the Internal Phone
  • Directory and Reception Directory.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and the relationship with office supply vendors to ensure we’re always practicing lowest cost providers.
  • Coordinates servicing of all technology and ensures company devices are secured appropriately.
  • Assists Dispatcher with following duties: shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of materials, dispatching products to clients; scheduling transportation of product.
  • Enter, manage and dispatch orders within SAP
  • Act in supporting role to manage order flow for co-packers
  • Arrange appointments and scheduling for inbound/outbound trucks
  • Maintain positive, caring and supportive communications with clients, and drivers
  • Responsible for using a check list for accuracy. This includes pick up/delivery addresses,
  • contacts at each location, PO/SO/Reference #s, using our checklist to be thorough and precise
  • Carry out any additional duties as assigned
What you'll need to be successful:
  • High Diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role providing customer support to
  • various business functions
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to build excellent relationships business partners and customer service skills
  • Superior organizational and follow up skills
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Effective time management – ability to manage self, time and priorities and ensure all deadlines are met
