Machine Operators are responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Duties and Responsibilities for Machine Operator:
- Set up machines prior to production runs, ensuring proper calibration and configuration.
- Monitor machine performance during operation, adjusting as necessary to maintain optimal efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and address any issues or potential malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.
- Document production activities, including machine settings, output quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.
Skills and Qualifications for Machine Operator:
- Production Machine Operation experience of any kind is considered
- Able to continually bend, stoop, twist, use arms, wrists, and hands (including grasping and squeezing) throughout shift.
- Must be able to lift and/or maneuver materials weighing up to 50lbs with dolly/hand truck
- Committed to being AT WORK when scheduled
- Desire to work for a company who is growing
- Food production or production/packaging experience helpful BUT NOT necessary
- Able to work 12 hour shifts (be flexible with schedule /production changes)
- Enjoys working with a team
Job Details for Machine Operator:
- Temp-Hire

- Mon-Thursday 5:00 am - 5:00 pm BE FLEXIBLE WITH WORKING FRIDAYS AS WELL
- While in training, you will work 10 hour shifts and then increase to 12 hour shifts
- Anything worked over 10 hours in a day is Overtime so 2 hours for OT every day if you work the full 12 hour shift
- $18.15/hr
