What You'll Do

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for: • Digging and removing material from underneath a house • Performing physically demanding manual labor throughout the day • Moving and carrying materials, tools, and debris as needed • Assisting the crew with general task support on the jobsite • Following all safety procedures and directions from the crew lead • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have: • The ability to perform physical labor for an entire shift • Comfort working in tight or confined areas • The ability to lift 50+ lbs • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic • Willingness to work with hand tools and perform repetitive digging tasks • Construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required
