Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Pay: $75,000 Base Salary + 20% Profit Commission Hours: Monday - Friday, Variable Field Schedule (8–12 hour days based on route) Start Date: ASAP

Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative in Bend, Oregon, and take ownership of a high-demand Central Oregon territory specializing in technical machinery. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving regional growth by developing new industrial accounts and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You’ll work independently in the field while managing your territory, optimizing travel routes, and identifying new opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: • Prospecting and closing new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts. • Planning efficient daily field call routes to maximize customer interactions. • Visiting customer sites to consult on hydraulic, fluid power, and heavy equipment applications. • Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing high-margin sales. • Managing territory travel corridors to maximize schedule efficiency. • Tracking customer information, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM. • Collaborating with internal support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have: • 2+ years of field sales or business development experience required. • Background in hydraulics, fluid power, heavy machinery, or construction required. • 1+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel daily. • Strong self-direction, time management, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software.

Location & Schedule
