As a Helper and Driver, you'll support the installation of hydronic heating systems while gaining valuable skills in a dynamic environment. You'll work closely with experienced installers and team members to deliver quality results and ensure safe, efficient operations.

What You'll Do

As a Hydronic Heating Installer Helper and Driver, you will be responsible for • Zip tying tubing and organizing the worksite to maintain a safe and efficient job environment • Driving the company vehicle, ensuring a clean driving record at all times • Operating power and hand tools safely and accurately • Assisting lead installers with installation tasks and site prep • Observing all safety protocols and company policies at all times

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have • A current driver's license and a clean driving record • Mechanical inclination and a comfort with operating tools • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude • A solid work ethic and self-motivation • The ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds repetitively throughout the day
